Office Life

Alt-Shift is the greatest keyboard shortcut ever. Ever. I am on high alert, ready for ANYONE to come within

I wrote the above about 2 months ago and hadn't touched it until today. I'm devastated, as I'd wanted to get a decent amount of posts under my belt before embarking on my next adventure. Warming up my blog a bit more y'know? Clearly I'd been rumbled and Alt-Shift wasn't cutting it.

I love the people I worked with and will be friends with them for life...

They loved me.

But I'd been getting itchy feet. I want to be freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, free fallinggggg and climbing mountains and jumping out of planes (again).

I quit my job 10 days ago, and I've been preparing for TRAVEL. I've moved back home, moved a house-load of shit home (my poor parents *shout out*) and I set sail (fly) to Cartagena on Tuesday WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH MY GOD. I'm fine.

I'm so excited it's not even funny. It isn't funny. I bought a WANDRD rucksack and made my friends pay for it for my birthday *shout out* and let me tell you... it is small. I've certainly downsized since I went travelling in 2013, and even then I sent a lot of shit home along the way. The same will probably happen this time (those Peruvian goodies are MINE).

I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of living out of a backpack, and am also excited to put into practice all I learnt from my last excursion in 2013... I just hope I haven't forgotten any of it.
