Minca | Sighted Birds, September 2018

Below is a list of all the birds we spotted (or heard!) on our bird-watching tour with Jungle Joe in Minca. It was a glorious experience and we learned shed-loads about bird calls, their behaviours, and where they can be found on the tree.

  • Steely-vented Hummingbird

  • White-vented Plumeteer

  • Groove-billed Ani

  • House Wren

  • Red Squirrel

  • Crested Oropendula (makes a hanging nest)

  • Ruddy Ground Dove

  • Greyish Saltator
